Ok, it's time to get serious here.. I gained 5# yesterday & don't feel like I did a thing differently. Feels like my whole metabolism is in flux. Maybe I need some sort of detox for the chips & dips that are in me..;o)
I know one thing is the wine I have in the evening.. gotta cut back.
But at least I took 2 walks on the beach yesterday.. that was something positive!

Yeah for the walks! You kept my challenge.. did anyone else? btw, i did take my walk last night even though it was a short one thanks to the thunder storm.. hehe
A gain of 5# in one day HAS to be a lot of water! Do you weigh daily?
When on my plan, I become very tuned in to my cycle...even on Depo, I still have the water retention once a month. Weighing only once a week keeps me from noticiing all the little fluctuations....they would drive me emotionally batty.
I need to get out my book....I have a list of vitamins that I take to deal with water retention. I think it's magnesium & B-6.....
