Today is the day!!!!

Today is day 1 .My goals today are...
1. Do the sweatin' to the oldies video.
2. Drink 8 bottles of water.
3. only 1 cup of coffee.
4.Eat smaller portoins for my meals.
5.Write down everything I eat today and post it here tonight.
6.Look at the picture I posted here and visualize myself getting smaller and sexier.
Wish me strength my sisters I'll be doing the same.

WOW, EIGHT ?? FFS, you gonna be pissin like a race horse woman.. lol... I dont think that you actually need to drink THAT much water I believe that I heard somewhere that 32oz of H2O is a sufficient amount of water unless you are exercising alot and you are you should have water with you during exercise (walking, jogging, situps, cycling, etc.).

I have a great post that I will be posting sometime in the next couple of days that came from a Persoanl Trainer that will give us all some insights and helpful info.

Sweat to the oldies yay yay!

I am rooting for you. I think that the fact that you posted your picture and are going to post your food mean total commitment and total success. Wanna go shopping with me when we get this weight off? My scale actually went down today for the first time in weeks, wooo whoooooo!!! :)
